Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Good Group - Collector's Beaded Bookmark Review

(More customer reviews)The picture on the bookmark is as shown and it's typical quality...however, the tassel of the bookmark is NOT as shown...it came with beads...and, even they fell off after a couple days use by a rather careful teenager (late teens) who was not abusive towards it (example: did not leave in backpack, tug at the beads, etc.). If you are going to market an item, market it with the materials that are actually used...and, have them secured in an effective manner. Not a happy purchase.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Poster Movie K 11x17 Daniel Radcliffe Emma Watson (II) Review

(More customer reviews)I was purchasing all of the posters for my daughters room. I specifically wanted this size of 11X17 to match all of the others. From the image, it does not appear there should be a white border around this print, which I would not have minded, but they did not center the print to make the borders even. One side has about a 1/2 inch showing and the other side has a whole inch showing once framed. Once I measured the border, it was found to not be centered.
I used a different company to get this poster the way I wanted it and only paid a few dollars more. I did not expect movie poster quality, but I did expect that it would be cut correctly, or at least centered enough to frame.

(More customer reviews)In my opinion this poster comes in second only to the "Hogwarts Is Burning" (Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows - Movie Poster (Advance Style - Hogwarts On Fire) (Size: 24" x 36")) poster. It really sums up the best of Part 1 by showing that in this movie they are on the run and scared for their lives and the lives of those they love. Things are not the same, not remotely. It's a beautiful image with small embers burning which I believe look both amazing visually and represent the slow burn of their world around them. I highly recommend this poster to fans of the film series and the books, you won't be disappointed.

60 Minutes - Harry Potter (September 12, 1999) Review

(More customer reviews)This is very nice portrait of the author of the Harry Potter books, J.K. Rowling. It contains little news for the real fans, though, and the price without discount is a bit steep for a documentary of less than 40 minutes, but seeing as there are not many of these around, a real fan with a sense of nostalgia may think it's worth it. Others may just think the documentary 'One year in the life...' (as found on the 2-disk DVD edition of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince) enough.
5 stars for quality, a half star less because it's a bit dated, and 1.5 star less because it's short.
