Harry Potter Exclusive Hogwarts Crest Tapestry Throw Review

(More customer reviews)I ordered this for myself as I am in the midst of creating a 'Hogwarts' type room, and it looked like exactly what I needed. There is no glaring 'HARRY POTTER' blazened over it in bright bold text, and only a mild copywrite script down across the bottom.
While it's a nice size, when they say 'tapestry' they mean it. It -feels- like one.. Perhaps with a bit of wear it might become a little softer, but pay attention when they say they've woven in -gold thread-. It's that plastique-y stuff you find used to sparkle-up a childs toy and is -very- scratchy. More than that it is -VERY- shiny.
I can't even make out the crest for all the shine, which is a bit of a dissapointment when compared to the -bold- color of the sample photos. Outside of this, it still manages to look rather nice so if you aren't expecting to be knocked off your feet for its beauty, you'll be alright.

I received the poster a day ahead of schedule and it was nicely packaged. The quality is perfect and there were no rips or holes. But remember, it is not 24 x 36, it is 22 x 34

(More customer reviews)I was purchasing all of the posters for my daughters room. I specifically wanted this size of 11X17 to match all of the others. From the image, it does not appear there should be a white border around this print, which I would not have minded, but they did not center the print to make the borders even. One side has about a 1/2 inch showing and the other side has a whole inch showing once framed. Once I measured the border, it was found to not be centered.
I used a different company to get this poster the way I wanted it and only paid a few dollars more. I did not expect movie poster quality, but I did expect that it would be cut correctly, or at least centered enough to frame.

(More customer reviews)In my opinion this poster comes in second only to the "Hogwarts Is Burning" (Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows - Movie Poster (Advance Style - Hogwarts On Fire) (Size: 24" x 36")) poster. It really sums up the best of Part 1 by showing that in this movie they are on the run and scared for their lives and the lives of those they love. Things are not the same, not remotely. It's a beautiful image with small embers burning which I believe look both amazing visually and represent the slow burn of their world around them. I highly recommend this poster to fans of the film series and the books, you won't be disappointed.

Harry Potter Complete Blu Ray + DVD + Digital Copy (7 Movie) Review

(More customer reviews)All 7 movies, every format: Blu Ray, DVD, Digital Copy. All the special features from all the limited edition sets. This is pretty much the ultimate collection at this point.
There's even a scene from the 8th movie that isn't out yet.
This is a very well put together set, each film has it's own case (with both the dvd/bluray/digital) inside, no cheap fold out cardboard or fall apart paper sleeves like some of the other harry potter "complete" sets that have come out.
If you bought these limited editions when they came out they MSRP for around $30 each so this set is worth over $200, plus you'd be paying for shipping on each individual order. With this you pay less per movie plus save on combined shipping.
There's just no drawbacks here, great movies, tons of special features, no cheap cases like the other harry potter completes that came before it and a great price.
